Our final product with controls for demonstration.



























From the initial designs we took the best of each. Our final product features a "Ferris Wheel" type design. As you can see in the photo and CAD drawings there are ten carriages sandwiched between two aluminum plates. Inside the carriages are Tupperware bins containing the product to be dispensed. The sides of the carriage were manufactured from the cutouts of the wheel.

The hub assembly features a non rotating shaft. This reduces fatigue on the shaft. The wheel assembly rotates on double bearings that bolt directly to the wheel.

The frame was built of extruded aluminum. It provides a strong exoskeleton to bolt the hub and polycarbonate covers.
